How long will it take to receive my order?
Please allow between 4-30 days for your order to arrive. The reason for this range is because we work with different vendors and your item(s) may be coming from different parts of the globe. We strive to provide an estimate as soon as possible by providing you with a tracking number and information to track your package once shipped.
A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified.
It normally takes 3-7 business days for us to process your order. Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends.

What should I do if my order hasn't been delivered after 30 days?
Please email us to review the status of your order. If required, refunds will be handled through email.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach you, may vary. Please communicate with us and we are happy to help with questions.
Do you deliver outside of the United States?
At this time, we only deliver to customers in the United States and Canada. We are currently looking to expand to other parts of the world.
What if my item(s) show as Delivered, but I did not receive them?
Please verify that your shipping address is correct before checking out. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address.
Why did I receive my order in different shipments?
To ensure you receive your items as promptly as possible, we may have to ship from multiple locations.
How do I track my order?
Check your email for the status of your order. There should be a tracking number in the email. If there isn't or if you are having trouble tracking your order, please Contact Us immediately.
